Question 1

Where exactly is Sunset Point Townhomes?

Accepted Answer

On Vista Mar Court, at the foot of the Brigantine Bridge on Little Panama Bay. The community address is 102–140 Vista Mar Court, Atlantic City, NJ 08401, on Block 846, Lot 1. Brigantine Beach, the dog beach and 4x4 access, Absecon Lighthouse, historic Gardner’s Basin and the Atlantic City Boardwalk are all within a short drive, and the location page lists the routed driving time to each one rather than a straight-line distance.

Question 2

How big are the homes, and how many bedrooms?

Accepted Answer

Every home is a townhome. Three footprints are built along Vista Mar Court — 24′ × 50′, 24′ × 45′ and 24′ × 35′ — so the exact interior area depends on which homesite you choose. The floor plans show all four levels of each.

Question 3

What comes standard, and what is an upgrade?

Accepted Answer

Standard on every home: a private fenced patio on the ground floor, a two-car garage with storage, covered balconies on every level plus an upper deck off the primary suite, a dedicated second-floor laundry room, and coastal-casual interiors — light stone countertops, stainless steel appliances, wide-plank flooring. Options rather than inclusions: an in-ground pool, swim spa or hot tub on the patio, a ground-floor gym or sauna, and a built-in outdoor kitchen. There is no shared clubhouse, pool house or amenity building; the site is ten duplex buildings and nothing else, so anything on your patio belongs to your home rather than to the community.

Question 4

How many homes are there, and what is still available?

Accepted Answer

Twenty homesites in ten duplex buildings, addressed 102 to 140 Vista Mar Court. The site plan is live rather than a snapshot: each homesite is marked available, reserved or sold, and the count updates as homes are released and taken. Select any homesite on the plan for its own bedroom, bath and square-footage figures, since the three footprints differ.

Question 5

How much do they cost?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is set per homesite — the three footprints are different sizes, and position within the community differs too — and is released as homes come to market. Where a price is current it is shown on that homesite’s card on the site plan. For anything not yet showing a figure, or for the full price sheet including options and what is included at each level, ask the sales team and they will send the current sheet.

Question 6

Can I customize the finishes?

Accepted Answer

Yes. The coastal-casual palette shown in the renderings is the starting point, not a fixed specification, and finishes can be adjusted to your preferences. How much can still change depends on how far along your homesite is — a home not yet framed offers more scope than one being finished — so the earlier you raise it, the more there is to decide. Bring the selections you care about to your first conversation and the team will tell you what is still open on the homesites you are considering.

Question 7

Can I see a home before it is finished?

Accepted Answer

Yes, in three ways without leaving this page. The 360° virtual tour walks every room; two full flythrough films cover the exterior of the whole site and every interior level; and the gallery holds the complete set of renderings, filterable by floor. All of it is generated from the same drawings the homes are being built from — the permit set issued in July 2026 — which is also why the renderings are artist’s conceptions rather than photographs of a finished home. Ask the team about visiting the model home in person.

Question 8

What happens after I send an inquiry?

Accepted Answer

A member of the Sunset Point sales team reads it and replies within one business day. Nothing is automated and nothing goes to a call center. If you would rather talk straight away, calling 640-282-8062 reaches the team directly. Your details are used to answer your inquiry and are not sold or passed to anyone outside the team — the privacy policy sets out exactly what is kept and for how long.

Question 9

I am working with a real estate agent. Can they represent me?

Accepted Answer

Yes. There is a checkbox on the request form for exactly this — tick it and the team will loop your agent in from the first conversation. Register the relationship before your first visit rather than after: agent registration is the sort of thing that is straightforward at the start and complicated once a file is already open. Agents inquiring on a client’s behalf should use the same form.

Question 10

Can I visit the site?

Accepted Answer

Yes, by appointment — this is an active construction site, so please arrange a walkthrough rather than arriving unannounced. Vista Mar Court is immediately over the Brigantine Bridge; the location page has driving directions that open straight into Maps. Ask when you inquire and the team will confirm a time and tell you what is safe to walk through on the day.
