Renderings, plans, and measurements

All renderings, illustrations, animations, flythrough films, and 360° tours on this site are an artist’s conception. They depict a design intent, not a finished home, and they are not to scale.

• Floor plans and dimensions are approximate and subject to change. Room sizes, window and door placement, ceiling heights, and the position of structural and mechanical elements may differ in the home as built.
• Square footages are approximate and are calculated from architectural plans using a method that may differ from how a finished home is measured by an appraiser, a surveyor, or a taxing authority. Do not rely on a figure on this site as a measured area.
• Furniture, fixtures, appliances, landscaping, decorating, and staging shown in any image are for illustration and are not included in the purchase of a home unless a signed purchase agreement says so.
• Views shown or described are those available at the time the imagery was produced and are not guaranteed. Neighbouring property, vegetation, and future construction are outside our control.
• Finishes and materials may be substituted with items of equal or better quality where a specified item is unavailable.

The developer reserves the right to change plans, specifications, materials, features, pricing, and availability at any time without notice or obligation.

Availability and pricing

The availability shown for each homesite reflects our records at the time the page was generated and can change during the day. Prices, incentives, and terms are subject to change without notice, and a price shown on this site may not include options, upgrades, lot premiums, or closing costs. Confirm anything you intend to rely on with the sales team before acting on it.

No professional relationship

Using this site does not make us your agent, broker, attorney, lender, or advisor, and nothing here is legal, tax, financial, or investment advice. Get your own professional advice about a purchase. If you are working with a real estate agent, tell us on your first contact — there is a box on the request form for exactly that.

Third-party content

This site embeds a map, a 360° tour, and typefaces served by other companies, and links to sites we do not run — including the points of interest and driving directions on the location page. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it, and a link is not an endorsement. Third-party content is governed by that company’s own terms. Information about nearby businesses, schools, transport, and amenities was compiled from public sources at a point in time; verify anything that matters to your decision, especially school assignments and travel times.

Our content

The design, text, photography, renderings, films, floor plans, and marks on this site belong to Sunset Point Properties or its licensors and are protected by copyright and trademark law. You may view this site, and print or download pages for your own personal, non-commercial use in evaluating a home purchase. You may not otherwise copy, republish, frame, scrape, resell, or use our content or marks — nor use this site’s content to train a machine-learning model — without our prior written permission.

Acceptable use

Do not use this site to submit false or misleading information, send automated or bulk inquiries, attempt to gain access to any part of it you are not authorised to use, interfere with its operation, or collect other people’s information from it.

Disclaimer and limitation of liability

This site is provided “as is”. We work to keep it accurate and available but we do not warrant that it is free of error or interruption, and to the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither Sunset Point Properties nor the builder, nor their members, officers, employees, or agents, will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or your reliance on its content. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law, or any obligation contained in a signed purchase agreement — which controls over anything on this site if the two disagree.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, and any dispute arising from this site will be brought in the state or federal courts sitting in Atlantic County, New Jersey. If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest continues to apply.

Privacy

Our privacy policy explains what we collect through this site and how to have it corrected or removed. It forms part of these terms.
